Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) partners with Cebu Landmasters, Inc to develop a University Town in its 17-hectare property in Davao City. In a MOA signing held May 28, 2018 at Seda hotel, LPU and CLI officials, concretize their partnership and presented to the media the plan for the University Town.
The University Town shall feature a convention center, a hotel, condominium units, restaurants and other business establishments. This will also be highlighted by the presence of LPU’s first out-of-Luzon Campus, LPU Davao.
