LPU Davao is proud to be one of the few schools in the country with an ASEAN flag displayed within the campus.

Dr. Felipe J. Balingit Jr., Vice President and Chief Academic Officer of LPU Davao, said in an interview that aside from the school flag and Philippine flag, an ASEAN flag should also be displayed as part of the protocols. He noted that the Philippines is a founding member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

LPU Davao has three large flagpoles within the campus displaying the ASEAN flag, Philippine flag, and the LPU flag.
