SCHOLARSHIP FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS

FOR A.Y. 2021-2022 (3rd Term) ONLY

Application for JPL, SHL, SHL Barangay, Academic, Merit Scholarships and discounts for continuing College students of the 3rd Term A.Y. 2021-2022 will be from April 18-29, 2022.

Instructions:

1. Please take note that the applicant must be currently enrolled for the 3rd term of AY 2021-2022 and is a regular student to qualify for the scholarship.
2. Download the scholarship/discount application form and fill-out the necessary information needed.
3. Send a scanned copy of your form to dvo-registrar@lpu.edu.ph and indicate 3RD TERM SCHOLARSHIP/DISCOUNT APPLICATION (FULL NAME – YEAR AND PROGRAM) as the subject of your email.
4. Applications beyond the scheduled date will not be entertained.
